Ein Waahnsinnsteil! Ein Bild signiert von Scott Gorham, Gary Moore, Brian Downey und Phil Lynott! Das Teil hb ich von e-bay. Und hier ist die Geschichte dazu:

I remember my friend helping himself to a table full of booze in the dressing room, but I was too shy to indulge! Yes, Gary Moore was a bit of a grinch, but another of my friends asked Brian Downey if there was any chance of a drumstick, and he shouted to a roadie to go and fetch one, and he did - he then signed it and presented it to my friend, who still has it. I guess it just goes to show that even world famous rock stars are partial to mood swings too. The only other band Ive seen that have opened their dressing room up like that was the John Miles Band around about the same time and they were really cool too - not on a par with Lizzy obviously, but it's still a great memory. They say that some people just have star written all over them, and Phil Lynott was one of those wasn't he? such a cooooool dude, but very friendly with it. When I look at some of these so called rock stars these days....pah!! not even close. The actual show was at the Colston Hall in Bristol during the Black Rose tour 1978/79. The signatures are quite genuine. I remember a load of us just sort of queuing by the stagedoor on the off chance of seeing them, when their manager came out with an armful of these pictures and handed them out as we filed in! - I couldn't believe that a famous band would even do that. We were shown into the dressing room and went round to them individualy - they were all really nice except Gary Moore, who was yelling at some lackey to get him some orange juice and signed quite a few without even looking up. Scott Gorham was really warm and friendly and Phil was just......a star. I said something dumb like Thanks Phil that was the best ever. He patted me leg and said Cheers mate - and that was it...out the door and back to normality. It took me two days to stop shaking!!
